These Terms cover your use of the FrameDecks website at framedecks.com, your FrameDecks account and workspaces, and the online services the FrameDecks program uses (sign-in, workspace sync, phone control from anywhere, and updates) (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Shobin Mathews ("we", "us"). The desktop program itself is covered by the End User License Agreement. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account.
- Give a working email address and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account is for one person. Do not share it.
2. Workspaces
- A workspace belongs to the organisation or group it is for. The person who creates it is its first owner.
- Owners and admins decide who joins, what role they have, and which computers are linked. Owners are responsible for having permission to keep the personal data of the people listed in their workspace (for example, a member list).
- A workspace must always have an owner. Before you leave or delete your account, make someone else an owner.
3. Your content
What you and your workspace put into the Service (plans, words, member lists) stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, sync it to the computers and people you choose, back it up and show it to them. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or train models on it.
You must have the rights to what you present, including song lyrics, texts, images and video. FrameDecks does not provide licences for copyrighted material.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, harass or harm anyone, upload malicious code, try to reach data that is not yours, overload or probe the Service (except as the Vulnerability Disclosure policy allows), or resell it.
5. Free service, and changes
The Service is free today. We may add paid plans for extra team or cloud features; we will tell you before anything you use becomes paid, and you can keep using the free features. We may change or stop parts of the Service; when we stop something you rely on, we will try to give 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.
6. Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Your account → Delete my account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. When an account ends, its data is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.
7. No warranty, and limits
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The desktop program keeps working without the Service, so plan your gatherings so that an internet problem does not stop them. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, and our total liability for the Service is limited to USD 50. Mandatory consumer rights where you live are not affected.
8. General
